Business Terms and Conditions

Payment must be made in full in advance of a housing assessment.

A full refund can be requested up to five working days before the appointment. A refund of 75% of the fee will be available up to 24 hours before the appointment. After the assessment, no refund will be available.

If Helia Net Zero are unable to meet the service required, for example due to emergencies or ill health we will contact you to offer a full refund or to rearrange the appointment.

Cancellations should be made in writing to hello@helianetzero.co.uk.
