Helia Net Zero will collect information such as name, address, telephone numbers and email address, to ensure that contact can be made. While working with clients information will also be collected on sustainability related aspects of the following areas:

- household bills
- home structure and fabric
- eating habits
- travel habits
- household activities
Information will be used to:
- provide a professional advisory service
- notify the user of any changes to the service
- seek feedback on the service
- improve the service
- administer the service
- maintain contact with the user
- contact any third parties in emergencies
- fulfil any legal and contractual obligations
Information will not be shared with third parties unless one of the following applies:
- consent − if the user provides consent to share information
- serious harm − if there is an emergency situation
- compliance with law − if there is a legal requirement to do so
Personal data may be transferred outside of the EEA, but will be kept securely and will be retained for a period of 1 year after last date of contact.
