We will meet with you, either online or face to face, to discuss your individual situation, identify the measures you are currently taking and make tailored recommendations of next steps. This is a friendly, non−judgmental service, aimed at helping you take the next step(s), whatever they may be and from what ever level you are starting at.

The visit includes:

• Visual inspection of your home set up, including insulation, wall fabric, heating systems, etc
• Discussion with you (and any other householders, if relevant) regarding current carbon saving actions and areas of interest
• Written report of current situation, carbon assessment, recommendations of next step(s) and identification of possible cost savings
